Q: Who controls our roads? A: The roads are controlled by
Brazos County Road and Bridge Department. The Homeowners’ Association has no control over the roads and cannot make modifications to them.
Q: What can be done about speeding in the neighborhood? A: The Brazos County police do patrol for speeding. However, since they patrol the entire county, they are not always in our neighborhood when speeding occurs. If you want to report speeding, please contact the police

Q: How do I get a street light that isn't working fixed or want to report a power outage? A: Report it to
BTU or by calling 24 hour Outage/Emergency Hotline Phone: 979-822-3777. BTU is responsible for repairing street lights. It will not do any good to report it to the Board of Directors or the management company.
