The Deed Restrictions (or Declaration of Covenant, Conditions, Reservations and Restrictions) are the authoritative governing document of the Peach Crossing Homeowner's Association. The Restrictions currently in effect were approved by a majority of Lot Owners at the October 13, 2008, general meeting, and were filed with Brazos County on October 17, 2008. The previous Restrictions were effective from January 1, 2004 through October 16, 2008, and are provide here for historical reference. The By-Laws of the Association are the secondary authoritative governing document, behind the Restrictions. They generally address procedural matters of the Association, whereas the Deed Restrictions generally address Restrictive Covenants as they pertain to Lot Owner rights and obligations. The current By-Laws have been in effect since July 19, 2004.
