The Board and Committees meet on a periodic, as-needed basis. Board meetings are open to general membership attendance, as required by the Texas Property Code. Members receive at least 72-hours advance notice of all Board meetings. HOA general membership meetings are conducted as called by the membership or Board, per procedures outlined in the By-Laws. No less than one General Membership meeting is to be conducted annually, at which the coming year's Board Members are to be elected. In addition, the Board has held a spring meeting, at which the Financial Statements are presented by the Treasurer. Other special General Membership meetings may be called throughout the year, as needed.
